Annual Meeting

Owners, please remember to submit your ballot for the upcoming election. Fifty-six ballots are necessary for a Quorum. If you have misplaced your ballot, there are ballots available in the office. Thank you for your participation.

Resident Reminder


Donations: Please take all unwanted clothing and household items to a donation drop-off location.


Security: There has been an increase in the number of homeless people sleeping around property. If you come across any homeless people, please do not approach. Instead, contact Clean & Safe.


Work Orders: Residents can place work orders for maintenance items on site via the VIVO homeowner portal.

Moving Guideline Reminders

Lately, there have been several homeowners/residents who have not scheduled their move-in/out properly. Failure to schedule your move-in/out with Management can result in a fine of $700.

Please read the following summary of the Moving Guidelines for City Walk HOA:

1) Moves must be scheduled with the on-site Resident Services Coordinator at least seven (7) days in advance.

2) Prior to your move, you must submit a signed Move-In/Out Agreement which can be obtained from the on-site Resident Services Coordinator.

3) All applicable deposits and fees must be submitted at least five (5) days prior to your move. There is a non-refundable fee of $200 that goes towards administrative costs and a refundable security deposit of $350, which is collected in case of any damages.

4) Times you may move are as follows: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Saturday moves can be scheduled (if approved by the BOD) for an increased non-refundable fee of $350 and security deposit of $700. NO MOVES ARE PERMITTED ON SUNDAYS.

Quiet Hours

Community Reminders

Quiet Hours – Due to some recent incidents in the community, Management would like to remind the community of the following hours designated as Quiet Time at City Walk:


Weekdays: Ten (10:00) P.M. – Seven (7:00) A.M.

Weekends: Twelve (12:00) A.M. – Seven (7:00) A.M.

“Weekday” begins Sunday evening and ends Friday morning.

“Weekends” begins Friday evening and ends Sunday morning.

Exceptions: Evenings of December 24th and December 31st. The evening before July 4th, Memorial

Day, and Labor Day will fall under “Weekends” rule, regardless of the day of the week.


Door Slamming – It has been noticed throughout the community that doors are being slammed on a regular basis; we understand there can be a draft that pulls the door shut harder than normal, but taking caution in making sure the door shuts quietly will be appreciated by everyone. If it is noticed that your unit is causing an issue above and beyond the level of common courtesy, you will be sent a violation letter and asked to a hearing. In addition you might be asked to install a door closer at the owner’s expense.
