Electrical Vehicle Charging Town Hall Meeting: will be held in the Market Street Lobby on January 29, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

Cardboard: Please remember to break down all cardboard boxes before placing in the recycle bin.

Pets: Please refrain from allowing your pets to urinate inside the building as well as on the landscaping and on the exterior of the building.

Packages: Please verify that you have entered the correct address, including unit, when ordering items. Please note to “deliver packages to the unit” in the delivery instructions.

Front Street Closure: The construction project is set to start in Jan. 2020 and is expected to be finished by Dec. 2021. The road closure will be in effect until May 2021.

Patio Theft: Please refrain from leaving valuables on your patio. It has been reported that items have been stolen from the exterior patio.

Weather: Please clear water drains and placed down rain barriers to prevent water from flowing into your unit.

Caution for Palm Fronds: remember to “look up” with palm trees so close to units and patios. Please notify management if you notice a frond that requires removal.

Deliveries: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to any large delivery. The hours for and deliveries are, Monday – Friday from 9;00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Security: There has been an increase in the amount of individuals sleeping by the exterior entrances. If you encounter any issues, please do not approach individuals. Instead, contact the San Diego Police Non-Emergency (619) 531-2000 or Clean & Safe at (619)234-8900.
