Pets: Please refrain from allowing your pets to urinate on the landscaping and on the exterior of the building as this damages the plant material, paint and stucco.

Fitness Room: Please help us maintain the cleanliness of the fitness room by returning all weights, balls and mats to the rack once you are finished with your workout.

Paint and Architectural Changes: In order to maintain the appearance of our community, the Rules and Regulations requires that Homeowners submit an architectural application for ALL CHANGES.  The architectural application can be found on the Association website

Deliveries: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to any large delivery. The hours for and deliveries are, Monday – Friday from 9;00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Security: Please make sure the door is closed and secured when entering and exiting the premises. Stop, look and listen when entering the garage. If you encounter any issues, Contact San Diego Police Non-Emergency (619) 531-2000 or Clean & Safe at (619)234-8900.

Plumbing: For any HVAC repair or replacement, please submit a level II architectural application. The application can be found on the Homeowner Portal or at
