Resident Reminder

HOA Meeting: The next HOA Meeting will be Wednesday, June 20th at 6:30pm in the Market Street Lobby.


Pet Registration: Any animal owners who have not yet registered their pets, please fill out and return the City Walk Pet Registration form to the Management Office.


Moving: All moves to or from any unit, regardless of location in the building, require advance notice and scheduling with the City Walk on-site property management office. All move in/move out require scheduling with Management. Failure to do so will result in a hearing and possible fine.


Bell Carts: City Walks carts are intended for the convenience to assist residents carrying groceries and wares purchased from their cars to their units on an occasional basis and shall not be used in connection with any move.
